COCKTAILS
The smoothness of our super premium vodka lends itself to be best enjoyed perfectly ‘neat,’ either chilled in a martini or on the rocks, or taken a step higher in a Wight Cup as described below.

THE WIGHT MARTINI
"This just has to be in the next Bond film"
First, place ice and water into a martini glass to chill the glass. Set aside for a few minutes
Place fresh ice into a cocktail shaker
Pour two shots of Wight Vodka into the shaker
Vermouth not required (as far as we're concerned ;)
Shake or stir for a minute or two, we’re not bothered
Empty the ice and water from the martini glass
Pour your Wight Martini and enjoy
THE WIGHT CUP
"If you're tired of Pimm's Cups...try this one instead!"
Partly fill a tall glass with ice
Pour three parts Wight Vodka over the ice
Mix in two parts Tonic water, followed by one part Lemonade
Stir in a dash of Cointreau
Garnish (and we mean it this time) with lime, orange and strawberry
THE WIGHT CAP
"Love the colour! Love the laughs!"
Take your best champagne flute, run it under cold water and place it into a freezer for several minutes
Place fresh ice into a cocktail shaker
Pour one shot of Wight Vodka into the shaker
Shake or stir for a minute or two
Pull the champagne flute from the freezer
Pour the chilled Wight Vodka into the flute
Top up with your favourite champagne
Finish with a few drops of Blue Curacao for effect!
WIGHT ON THE ROCKS
"This one’s simple…but not necessarily for simple yachtsmen and women!"
Fill a tumbler with ice
Pour in Wight Vodka
Stir it a bit…(not too much, not too little)
Garnish with whatever your preference might be tonight
Sip while enjoying short stories and long laughs with friends
SALTY WIGHT
"Oh so very good!"
Run a freshly cut grapefruit around the rim of a tumbler
Rim the tumbler with Fleur de Sel and fill with ice
Pour in two shots of Wight Vodka
Top with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Stir to chill
THE WIGHT COSMO
"If you find yourself needing a proper cocktail...this is my go-to!"
Place ice and water into a martini glass to chill the glass. Set aside for a few minutes
Place fresh ice into a cocktail shaker
Pour two shots of Wight Vodka into the shaker
Add one shot of Cointreau
Top with fresh cranberry juice and juice from half a lime
Shake to chill
Pour, serve and smile
WINTER WIGHT
"A family favourite on those colder evenings later in the year. Best enjoyed hot, served next to a fire after a winter's walk!"
Over a medium flame, bring 200ml of fresh cloudy apple juice to a gentle simmer
Add a cinnamon stick, cloves and star anise and allow to infuse with the apple juice
Add two shots of Wight Vodka and a splash of Cointreau
Serve immediately into a tumbler or your favourite mug!
